All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, characters, and product names appearing or mentioned on this site — including any appearing within embedded videos — are the property of their respective owners. Any such reference is nominative and descriptive only, used for identification, commentary, or nostalgia, and does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by those owners. We do not use any third-party logo, wordmark, or trade dress as our own branding, on our packaging, or as an indicator of the source of our goods. “Fargle’s Factory” and “FargleVision” are our own marks.
Designs & Licensing
Some items are printed from designs created by independent designers, who are credited in our Designers We Print section. We make a genuine effort to print and sell only designs we are permitted to sell under the license or permission granted by their creator. If you are a designer and believe an item here falls outside your license terms, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
Original Artwork & Fan-Made Interpretations
Some pieces are original artwork and original sculpts made by hand in our shop — drawn, modeled, colored, and detailed by us — that depict or are inspired by characters and subjects we do not own. We want to be straightforward about what that does and does not mean. These are our own renditions; they are not reproductions of official merchandise, not copies of official artwork, and not counterfeit goods. They carry no official logos, packaging, hang tags, holograms, or brand marks; they are never described or sold as licensed, official, authorized, or approved; and we make no claim of ownership to any underlying character or property. All rights in those underlying characters and properties remain with their respective owners, who have not sponsored, endorsed, reviewed, or approved these pieces in any way. Where a character or property name appears, it is used descriptively, to identify the subject of an original artwork — never as our own brand or as an indicator of source. Everything is made by hand in small numbers by a three-person family shop; nothing here is mass-produced, and nothing is intended to imitate, substitute for, or divert sales from official licensed merchandise.
For Rights Holders & Brand Protection Teams
If you represent a rights holder and object to any item, artwork, image, or listing on this site, you do not need to send formal legal process to get our attention. Email hello@farglesfactory.com with “Rights Holder” in the subject line and we will act on it. Our commitment to you: we will acknowledge your message within three (3) business days; on request we will remove the item from this site and delist it from our other sales channels, ordinarily within five (5) business days of confirming the request; we will not relist that item or a substantially similar one; and we will confirm in writing once it is done. We are a small family business that would genuinely rather resolve a concern directly and quickly than let it escalate, and we will not make you chase us. If your organization would prefer to discuss a license instead of a removal, we would welcome that conversation.
Recommendations & Endorsements
We receive no payment, commission, affiliate revenue, free product, or other compensation for any business, maker, or designer we mention or link to. To be fully transparent, we personally know the owners of some of the businesses featured in Friends of the Factory; we recommend them because we believe in their work, and those relationships are disclosed here so you can weigh our recommendation accordingly.
Products, Safety & Intended Use
Every item is made by hand, so variations in color, size, texture, and finish are normal and expected. Many items contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 (choking hazard). Unless expressly stated otherwise, items are sold as decorative or novelty goods, are not certified toys, and are not food-safe, heat-safe, dishwasher-safe, or intended for medical, structural, protective, or load-bearing use. Please read our Safety & Care section in full before buying or gifting. Except for our stated Workmanship Promise and any rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law — which are not limited or waived by anything here — items are provided without further warranties, and you assume responsibility for choosing an item suitable for your intended use.
Orders, Pricing & Promotions
Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change at any time. Photographs are illustrative and colors may vary between screens and finished pieces. In the event of a pricing, description, or inventory error, we reserve the right to correct the error, and to cancel and fully refund any affected order. Promotions (including any free-item or free-shipping offer) are subject to their stated conditions and minimums, may be limited to one per order, apply while supplies last, and may be modified or ended at any time.

This site links to third-party websites and social media pages that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, products, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices, and linking to them does not constitute an endorsement of everything they publish.
Privacy, Payments & Cookies
This store operates on Shopify, which processes orders, hosting, and payments on our behalf under its own privacy and security policies. We never see or store your full payment card details. If you join our mailing list, we use your email only to send Fargle's Factory updates, and you may unsubscribe at any time. The embedded video player is provided by YouTube and may set cookies or collect data when a video loads; we request YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode where available, but that playback is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.
Reporting a Concern or Requesting Removal
If you own the rights to a video, design, image, trademark, or other material and believe it is being used improperly on this site, email hello@farglesfactory.com with: (a) identification of the work or mark; (b) the page or link where it appears; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf. We take these seriously and will review and act promptly — and we would rather hear from you directly than not.
General
Fargle's Factory is a small family-run business operating from Nampa, Idaho, United States. These notices are provided for transparency and are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these notices limits, waives, or excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited, waived, or excluded, including your statutory consumer rights. If any provision here is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. Sales are additionally subject to the store policies presented at checkout.
